Kazakhstan cattle numbers

Kazakhstan's National Statistics Agency reports that there were 6.93 million head of cattle on farms in Kazakhstan on July 1 this year, an increase of 3.1% compared with the number on the same date in 2006, according to the Interfax news agency.
