Irving in Chapter 11 again

Irving Tanning Co recently filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy again.
Four years ago, Irving also filed for protection under the Chapter 11 bankruptcy code. Dick Larochelle, the company's executive senior vice president, said that Irving are currently still operating at full capacity. 'We're down but not under', Larochelle said. 'We're operating. There has been talk of new investors becoming involved in the company to bolster its capital base.'
The company said that their 250 employees are still working.
