Hungarian production and sales in 2007

Hungary's Central Statistical Office reports that the production of leather and leather products in Hungary in 2007 was 52.2% higher than in 2006. Leather and leather products manufacturers' sales in 2007 were 50% higher year-on-year, with a decrease in sales of 4.5% on the domestic Hungarian market and 62.3% higher sales on export markets.
