CTC names Yves Morin as new CEO
The board of CTC named Yves Morin as chief executive officer on January 1, 2008. He succeeds Marc Folachier.
Since November 1997, Yves Morin has been chief operating officer of CTC in charge of worldwide operations. Utilising his business experience, he drove change and piloted the growth of CTC's activities, developing the group into the leading global provider of quality assurance solutions, consultancy and training for the leather, footwear, leathergoods and glove industries.
Before joining CTC, Morin was an auditor at KPMG, followed by various managerial positions in France and elsewhere within groups such as Colgate Palmolive and GL Events. Morin obtained his Masters degrees in Political Science and Economics and subsequently gained an MBA at EM Lyon Business School.
