Turkish foreign trade

Turkey’s State Statistics Institute reports that Turkey exported raw hides and skins, and leather, worth US$100 million in the first ten months of this year, compared with US$84 million in the same period in 2006.

Turkey imported the same types of commodities worth US$513 million in the January to October period, as against US$466 million in the same period last year.
