Israeli foreign trade

Israel's Central Statistics Bureau reports that Israel imported leather and leather products worth US$42.3 million in the first four months of this year, compared with US$34.7 million in the same period in 2007.

Israeli exports of the same types of commodities in the January to April period this year were worth US$5.3 million, as against US$6.3 million in the corresponding period last year.
