Turkish cattle numbers in 2007

Turkey's State Statistics Institute reports that the number of cattle in Turkey in 2007 was 11 million, as compared with 10.9 million in 2006.
Turkish imports of the same types of commodities in January to April period this year were worth US$192 million, as against US$202 million in the corresponding period in 2007.
Turkey's State Statistics Institute reports that Turkey exported raw hides and skins, and leather, worth US$41.3 million in the first four months of this year, compared with US$35.1 million in the same period in 2007.
