Turkish first-half foreign trade

Türkiye's State Statistics Institute reports that Türkiye exported raw hides and skins, and leather, worth US$64.3 million in the first half of this year, compared with US$59.8 million in the same period in 2007.

Turkish imports of the same types of commodities in the January to June period this year were worth US$288 million, as against US$316 million in the corresponding period in 2007.
