Hungarian eight-month production and sales

Hungary's Central Statistical Office reports that the production of leather and leather products in Hungary in the first eight months of this year was 12.2% higher than in the same period in 2007.
Leather and leather products manufacturers' sales in the January to August period were 14.3% higher year-on-year, with an increase in sales of 10.2% on the domestic Hungarian market and 14.9% higher sales on export markets.
