Ireland – Slaughters in January This Year

Ireland's Central Statistics Office reports that 113,100 cattle of a total carcass weight of 36,300 tonnes were slaughtered in Ireland in January, as compared with 137,200 cattle of a total of 45,300 tonnes carcass weight in January 2008.
