DyStar production site update
Dr Stephan Laubereau, preliminary insolvency administrator for DyStar Textilfarben GmbH & Co. Deutschland KG is currently working on the new production plan for all the German production locations. In addition to this he is responsible for keeping production running and bears all related expenses including energy and environmental costs or costs for the machine maintenance.
Miguel Grosser, preliminary insolvency administrator for DyStar Textilfarben GmbH, will monitor the production plan and will be responsible for all raw materials. All orders will be processed if DyStar’s clients accept the given payment terms.
The output of the production site in Ludwigshafen has recovered to its former level. In Leverkusen and Geretsried only part of the production has been restarted by the preliminary administrators. They are currently examining the rest of the production as well as the production at the location in Brunsbüttel.
