BASF to go green in India

BASF will be highlighting a number of innovative and environmentally friendly products and processes at the forthcoming IILF in India. The show will take place in the southern Indian city of Chennai, January 31 to February 3, 2010. BASF will be highlighting the following ranges at the show.

•    Astacin Top LP: For water based patent leather
•    Lepton Aquatop TG: Transparent look with a natural touch
•    Basyntan and Relugan: Expansion of the range with formaldehyde free syntans and soft polymers
•    Lugafast Colorlock Technology: Colouring free of migration problems

The IILF will be held at the Trade Center in Chennai, Tamil Nadu Province, India. BASF will be located in hall 2 booth C 60, C 61, C 78 and C 79.
BASF are focusing on environmentally friendly products and processes and one of the highlights at the fair is the expansion of BASF’s Basyntan product range of formaldehyde-free syntans. Also they will be showing new ecology friendly soft polymers in the Relugan series and new solvent-optimised finishing products that offer improved consumer safety and high performance for all leather applications.
