Roselló elected new Cotance president
At the general assembly of Cotance held in Stockholm on June 4, Albert Roselló, Serpelsa Furs, was elected president of the European Leather Industry organisation for the period 2010-2012.
Albert Roselló, born in 1961 in Mataró, near Barcelona, is the managing director and shareholder of Serpelsa Furs in located in Vic, Spain, a leading producer of rabbit and hare leather. He has also been president of UDAC, the Association of Catalan Leather Producers since 2008 and he became president of the Spanish Tanners’ Association (CEC) in 2010.
Roselló has an educational background in business administration (IESE Business School, Barcelona) and held important responsibilities in finance, sales, marketing supply chain management in large multinationals before he joined the leather business.
He takes over from Nalle Johansson of Swedish tannery, Elmo.
