SLTC conference date set
The 113th edition of the UK Society of Leather Technologists and Chemists annual conference and dinner is set to take place at Tankersley Manor, Bamsley, South Yorkshire. The event will take place on September 25 and accommodation can be booked directly with the venue quoting the SLTC.
Registration takes place and 09.30 and the dinner/dance follows a drinks reception at which takes place at 19.30. Conference presentations include Acid Decay in Leather, Nanostructure – processing within the fibril and Communicating Colour. The Atkin Memorial Lecture will be presented by Johannes Borge and is entitled: Tanning the Kyoto Way.
