Systematic approach from BASF
At the IILF in Chennai for 2011, BASF focuses on delivering high performance and environment-friendly solutions for their customers.
Products are presented in a ‘system’-matic cluster for optimised results. Highlights at the fair include the Beamhouse System, Performance System and Waterproof System for wet-end, Upgrading System and Colour System for crust and finishing.
‘This year, our focus is to promote a range of products that deliver optimised results when used as a combination or system’, says Andrea Ceretta, head of BASF’s leather business in South Asia. ‘With growing pressure from their customers and global competition, our customers have come to expect more in performance and environmental protection. We are aware of our responsibility in this regard and have taken proactive steps to recommend solutions that target the specific needs of our customers. As always, we will continue to lead in our research on chemistry and ecology.’
A team of specialists from different South Asian and German competence centres will be on the stand to advise customers and inform them on innovative developments as well as on the range of established, high quality products.
Hall 2 , stand 2-08-03.
