Leather chemical makers, Trumpler have recently expanded the capacity of their fatliquor production plant at their headquarters in Worms, Germany.

The investment allows not only increased production capacity of their fatliquors but also greater flexibility and control in the manufacturing process.

In addition, the dependency on certain raw material suppliers will be reduced, thus facilitating complete compliance with the European chemical legislation REACh to be met.

Included in the total investment was the replacement of the old thermal combustion plant by a new installation, capable of dealing with the expanded production capacity while at the same time reducing emissions considerably below the specified regulations and industrial norms.
