New pre-basecoat from Clariant
|
Upgraded mens shoe |
Manually applied pre-basecoats to cover deep defects are common in finishing. Besides their very high upgrading potential, they have also shown their limitations. Under difficult climatic conditions it very often becomes hard to apply them homogeneously and to buff off any surplus.
Clariant’s new Melio Aquabase M-90, a high viscous polymer dispersion with strong filling substances, is especially developed to overcome those difficulties. Melio Aquabase M-90 does not dry too soon, so no disturbing particles appear on the leather. The upgrading effect achieved is excellent.
Since the product is very easy to buff, fine buffing can also be done without smearing. The most important characteristics of Melio Aquabase M-90 are:
- Good upgrading
- Easy application
- Good penetration, therefore highly recommended for difficult surfaces
- Very good buffing behaviour
