ATC's new plant

French leather chemical makers, ATC, have officially opened their new production facility in Trevoux near Lyon. The opening ceremony took place on June 17 in front of 200 invited guests.

The factory will manufacture liquid leather chemical products for ATC's cutomer base worldwide. Products to made at the new €7 million plant include their latest range of co-polymers, fatliquors and finishing products. 25 people will be based on the site which is located 16km from ATC's headquarters in Montanay.

The Montanay plant will focus on the manufacture of powdered products. A full report will appear in the July edition of Leather International magazine.
