For several reasons, many leathers have a fixing coat applied to the flesh side of the hide. To manage this effectively, Clariant has developed there new Melio 03-W-75.
A polyurethane-based product, it ensures excellent fixation without hardening the leather or causing a double layer effect in laminating automotive leathers. Flesh side fixation coatings with Melio 03-W-75 show a high degree of reproducibility and consistency.
