TFL bring increased cutting yield to the ACLE
At the ACLE which takes place September 6-8 in Shanghai, TFL will be presenting several beamhouse, wet-end and finishing products that help tanners to maximise cutting yield. The main focus will be on the brand new product Roda Care IPS which was especially developed for intelligent upgrading with polishable finishing and increasing the useable area of the rawhide.
Nowadays it is essential to cover surface defects efficiently and retain the natural character of the leather. TFL, a pioneer in finish upgrading technologies, have further developed their TopCare System, which helps tanners to produce top quality leather from low quality crust in order to enhance the cutting yield. The TopCare System not only treats small to medium sized defects, but it also covers the entire area with a thin homogeneous coat.
TFL provides solutions for every process step, to name a few:
- Beamhouse
Sellatan PA is a pickle acid with excellent cost-effectiveness for low salt pickling.
- Wet-end
Maximise your cutting yield and standardise wet-blue of different quality by the combining Sellatan AR liq. with Sellasol SF.
- Finishing
Roda Care IPS presents a new generation within the TFL TopCare System for polishable semi-aniline finishing on bovine, goat and lambskins.
