To strengthen of our Sales Approach, we are looking for a:
Vice President Sales & Marketing
In this function the person reports directly to the General Manager and is member of the Management Circleof the Group.
Responsibilities
• Management of the Sales Team, as well as Marketing and Customer Service Department.
• Regular price negotiations with customers.
• Development of new customers and Increase the business with current customers.
• Development new Product Lines including their presentation at Customers.
• Strategically development of ISA Sales business.
• Coordinate Worldwide Sales Representatives.
Requirements
• Educated as leather technician or equivalent experience in leather technology.
• Working experience inAsiaof at least 3 years, preferred China and Vietnam.
• Fluent in English in written and spoken form with strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
• Structured working style.
• Being both, a strategic thinking and a hands-on doing worker.
• Willingness to travel 40% of the time, whereas the place of work is China.
