Senior Vice President and General Manager, Hide Division

JOB LOCATION: 205 Florence Rd., St. Joseph, MO 64504

JOB DUTIES: Fully responsible for all aspects of the wet blue hides process in the operation
at the tannery and responsible for the entire workforce. Responsible for overall direction of the
tannery to ensure its viability. Responsible for Profit and Loss for the manufacturing of wet blue
hides from the packing plants, customer relationships and their needs for their very specific final
leather article. Provide technical expertise, overall leadership and planning for value-added
processing initiatives. Responsible for rebuilding of the wet blue facility with the latest technologies
to meet today's customers' requirements in their sophisticated markets. Anticipate incremental profit
opportunities that generate additional sales options. Establish an expanded strategic presence in
international markets.

MINIMUM REOUIREMENTS: Two (2) years prior experience as a Senior Director/Manager in a
management position in hides processing industry with similar job duties.
