Plant and Equipment Manager, Hide Division

JOB LOCATION: 205 Florence Rd., St. Joseph, MO 64504

JOB DUTIES: Fully responsible in the wet blue cattle hides process for all areas of all
mechanical operation of the plant and the workforce in mechanical operation. Provide technical
expertise in tannery machinery, specifically for specialized plant equipment wet blue cattle hides
which require specialized equipment designs and installation. Maintain plant facility to support the
desired manufacturing levels without downtime, direct the activities of the maintenance employees,
project team and outside contractors. Handle purchase requisitions for plant related expenses,
including all equipment purchase orders.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Two (2) years prior experience in a facility management position
in hides processing industry with similar job duties.
