ATC's new plant in France

In November 2011, ATC started production at their new facility of Trevoux (France), dedicated to the production of new copolymers, high tech fatliquors, and a wide range of polyurethanes and acrylic binders.

This €7 million investment includes several chemical reactors, storage vessels and raw material facilities. The new plant is located 16 Km away from the ATC headquarters in Montanay. The capacity of the new facility is 20,000 tons/year and it can be doubled in the future if required. During IILF, ATC will show many leathers produced with the new chemicals of their new factory. Especially for finishing, you can discover the new PU top coats (Actytop PU PL1, Actytop PU 303 G, Actytop PU flex, Actytop PU 404 D), new PU binders (Actytop PU SC3, Actytop PU LC6, Acytop PU 202), new impregnation binder (Actybind IM), new stucco (Actymax S2), and their new acrylic binders (Actybind GC, Actybind BCS, Actybind BCM, Actybind BCH), and more…
