Turkish foreign trade

Turkey's State Statistics Institute reports that Turkey exported raw hides and skins, and leather, worth US$112 million in the first eleven months of 2007, compared with US$93 million in the same period in 2006.
Turkey imported the same types of commodities worth US$566 million in the January to November 2007 period, as against US$515 million in the corresponding period in 2006.
