Tata forge leather links in Spain and Romania
As part of their group globalisation strategy, Tata International, the largest exporters of finished leather from India, have tied up with leading footwear and leather accessory makers, Martinez Group of Spain and Oxalaga of Romania. These two companies will be procuring finished leather from Tata to manufacture their products.
The thrust will be on selling finished leather to the Spanish and Romanian shoe industries. Oxalaga will act as sole agents for marketing and sale of finished leather, footwear, garments and leathergoods for Tata International in Romania.
