10th International Leather Goods Fair
The 10th International Leather Goods Fair (ILGF) will be held at Hotel ITC Sonar Bangla in Kolkata from October 2-4, 2004. The event is organised by the Council for Leather Exports (CLE), Indian Leather Products Association (ILPA), Central Leather Research Institute (CLRI) and the Freya Fashion Design Studio.
The fair will showcase a wide range of leather goods and accessories and is expected to draw the participation of a large number of exhibitors from India and abroad.
The event serves as an excellent business opportunity for the discerning international buyer to meet Indian leather manufacturers and exporters and see for themselves the wide variety of products, the exquisite designs, high quality standards and competitive prices.
The fair will have a Trend Pavilion that will be an integral part of the show with a thematic display of the latest styles in fashion along with forecasts for the forthcoming year.
A fashion show will be organised in the evening of October 3, 2004 by the Indian Leather Products Associations (ILPA).
Special seminars/conferences will be organised during the fair on key issues relating to the leathergoods industry and its overall development.
Exhibit profile includes handbags, purses, gloves, wallets, belts, portfolios, travel bags, rucksacks, briefcases, sports goods, leather upholstery, finished leather & lining leather, components & accessories, industrial leather goods, industrial gloves and leather goods machinery. There will be no leather shoes, shoe uppers, components or leather garments.
