ILM welcomes new EC members
213 exhibitors from 21 countries were represented at the ILM International Leather Goods Fairs fair in Offenbach from 25-28 September. A total of 5,500 visitors attended the fair, 30% up on last edition. Articles on show included handbags and leather accessories for spring/summer 2005, along with the latest travel and leisure goods.
Leathergoods suppliers from the new EC member countries such as Poland and Hungary had the opportunity to present their companies and make new contacts at the fair. Germany is Poland's most important trade partner; one third of Poland's foreign trade is with Germany. Germany is also the main destination for Hungarian exports.
The next edition of ILM Essentials will be held from 29 -31 January, 2005.
