The purchase of IUV

In our December issue (page 30) we stated that Desa Deri had completed the 51% purchase of one of Slovenia's best-known tanneries, IUV.
Apparently we were a bit previous and this is not yet a fait accompli as privatisation schemes usually take rather longer to bring about. We apologise for any inconvenience caused to the Slovenian government, IUV or Desa Deri of Istanbul.
