The fashion metropolis Düsseldorf is going to celebrate the 100th GDS 'Premier Shoe Event' from September 18-21, 2005, in Düsseldorf. At this grand anniversary event, more than1,500 exhibitors from 50 nations are expected to meet with about 38,000 buyers from 80 countries. The 'Premier Shoe Event' is not only synonymous with the international shoe business but it is also known for its glamorous events and the high-level information it provides: the 100th GDS will welcome Manolo Blahnik among its honorary guests to Düsseldorf.
