Brazilian tanners showcase at Interzum

13 May 2013

For the first time, Brazilian tanneries Fuga Couros, Indústria de Peles Minuano, JBS Couros and Luiz Fuga Indústria de Couros are taking part in the event.

The international trade fair gathers furniture making and design and interior finishing professionals from around the world. The companies are attending the event with the support of the Centre for the Brazilian Tanning Industry (CICB) and Apex-Brasil (Brazilian Trade and Investment Promotion Agency).
The tanning companies consider the show as an opportunity to present to international buyers the latest trends in upholstery leather.

Fuga Couros sees the event as the European centre for upholstery leather. They believe it's a giant market, with fantastic perspective for the Brazilian leather, already being seen as a competitive product with excellent quality, when compared, for instance, with the European and American suppliers. The company will display some new articles in the fair.
Indústria de Peles Minuano, produces leather in crust and finished material, upholstery leather and hair-on hides for the interior design industry.

JBS Couros have chosen Interzum because being it a leading global fair for the furniture industry, it seems to be a very good occasion to meet customers and prospect new opportunities, not only from Europe but all around the world. At Interzum, visitors will have the chance to check the company's newest upholstery leather collection and learn a bit more about their structure and ongoing investments.

Luiz Fuga Indústria de Couros manufactures a complete range of articles for the apparel industry, upholstery leather, components for the safety leather industry, among others. New products and colours will be presented.
With more than 1400 exhibitors from 63 countries (968 are international), the expectation for Interzum Cologne 2013 is more than 50,000 visitors from 130 countries.
