‘It has been brought to our attention by some of our clients that its being rumoured that Rwanda Leather Industries LTD, Kigali is closing. We do not know the source of these rumours and we wish to let you know that we are not and don't intend to close the factory at any time. To the contrary for all those who have following our development since 2005, would know that we have just commissioned a new leather finishing unit so that we can offer a wider variety of products to our clients and look to move more towards value added production as per the government policy and economic dictates. This has called for a substantial investment leading to the factory increasing its capacity.
We do appreciate the fact that our customers have been part of our development since we started doing business a few years ago and we have seen continued growth during this period of time.
