Change of CFO
After over 8 years as TFL Group CFO, Richard Fenton, has decided that for personal and career reasons he would like to leave the TFL Group. The Board and Executive would like to thank Richard for his excellent contribution to TFL since joining in 2015 and wish him well in his future endeavours.

Richard was also part of the core team in the due diligence to acquire the OLC business from Lanxess and successfully managed the integration of the two operational teams since the transaction closed on June 1st, 2021”, Russell Taylor, CEO- TFL Group states.
TFL is pleased to announce that David Blatch, currently Global Head of Controlling, will follow as new CFO from 1st September on. David Blatch, highly qualified and motivated, is the right choice as CFO now to continue to develop TFL as a prosperous company with a market leading position.
