You will be responsible for managing supplier and material development for the product team, searching for and developing new materials and technical materials for the Outdoor category.  You will be in charge of Managing Material Development with the Outdoor product creation team and lead supplier and material consolidation effort for the outdoor footwear.  You will also schedule and participate in supplier visits to the Outdoor product team and manage supplier selection in supplier/material decision-making The ideal candidate must have the ability to differentiate material types and quality, and the ability to understand order and forecast information. You must have a degree from a four-year college or university, 4+ years related experience in footwear material development and be fluent in English.
