New chairman at LANXESS AG

German specialty chemicals giant LANXESS AG announced that Matthias Zachert, the current CFO of Merck KGaA in Darmstadt, will take over as chairman of the board of management on April 1. In the interim before Zachert joins the company, LANXESS CFO Bernhard Duettmann is assuming chairman responsibilities. More news on leathermag.com as this story develops.
