Albanian exports of the same types of commodities in the January to September period this year were worth US$14.2 million, as against US$16.1 million in the same period in 2007.

Albania's National Statistics Institute reports that Albania imported leather and leather products worth US$53.6 million in the first nine months of this year, compared with imports worth US$59.4 million in the same period in 2007.
