The European competition authorities have approved the separation of the tinting system business of Tikkurila CPS and Winter-Bouts from Tikkurila. The resulting independent group of companies, the world’s leading supplier of advanced tinting systems, will operate under the new name CPS Color.
The company is present in twelve countries or regions with local offices or production facilities. With their worldwide presence CPS Color are positioned to serve both large and small accounts, globally and locally.

They offer all the components of a complete tinting system: colorants, dispensing and mixing equipment, technical support, software, colour communication and consultancy. Their tinting systems are sold to the leather industry as well as paint and plastics manufacturers.
In another move, CPS Color BV signed a letter of intent to take over Akzo Nobel decorative coatings factory in Sneek, The Netherlands.
