Belarus’ Vice-Premier, Ivan Bambiza, has said that his country’s programme to revive rural areas should focus on increasing production of high protein fodder, the large-scale upgrading of cattle-breeding facilities and the creation of a powerful processing industry, according to the Belta news agency. The programme is running from 2005-2010.
