BLC have launched their new on-line electronic testing management system. This means that customers will now receive automatic email communications at different stages of the testing process. The software will provide an integrated sales, testing and accounts system linked to their customer contact database.
This will facilitate accurate and efficient quotations and enhanced management of the testing production process, customer receipts and reporting. A direct link to the accounts department for invoicing completes the integration. The system will also support effective account management and customer support by offering a transparent system to check results and oversee work in progress.
To coincide with the new system, all testing reports will be now be e-mailed as standard. Hard copies will be available on request by using the test request form available from the BLC website: http://www.blcleathertech.com/files/Testing%20Request%20Form.issue%204.pdf
The standardisation of electronic reporting will help to maintain a fast and efficient service for the benefit of all of their testing customers.
