German leather chemical manufacturers Dr Th Böhme KG and M Dohmen GmbH have signed an agreement for cooperation in the leather and fur industries. From January 1, 2002, M Dohmen will transfer worldwide exclusive distribution rights for leather dyestuffs to Dr Böhme.
Technical staff will transfer from Dohmen to Böhme and the new agreement will allow Dr Böhme to market and sell their own range of leather chemicals as well as dyestuffs from Dohmen on a worldwide basis.
