Croatia’s Central Bureau of Statistics reports that the number of employees in Croatia’s leather industry in July was 2.2% lower than in June and 2.3% lower than in July 2007.

The Statistical Office of the Bosnian Serb Republic reports that the number of people employed in the Republic's leather industry in the first seven months of this year was 9.8% higher than in the same period in 2007.
