Italian tanning machinery manufacturers, Feltre, have expanded their plant located in Chiampo next to the tanning district of Arzignano. The existing plant has been increased by 30% to provide a floor space of 2,100m2. An additional 800m2 has also been acquired across the road from the main site for additional storage space.
Feltre design and build automated stacking, conveying and loading systems to tanneries around the world. Their work is often bespoke with a particular customer’s needs in mind. The new extension will allow Feltre more room for assembly, painting and storage. They also have a secondary plant located 35km away close to the Italian town of Verona.
