A Czech business delegation that visited Vietnam in mid-March said that several deals concerning the supply of Vietnamese leather to Czech firms are in the pipeline. The delegation said that Vietnamese leather is of good quality and is internationally competitive, and that the leather industry in Vietnam has enormous potential. Vietnamese leather is also much cheaper than leather produced in the Czech Republic, said the delegation.
