Subsidiaries of the Vietnam Leather and Footwear Corporation (Leaprodexim) recorded sales worth 84.2 billion dong (US$1 = 17,000 dong) in the first two months of this year, a substantial fall compared with the same period last year. Their exports of just US$20.8 million were 35.8% lower year-on-year.
