Marc Gummer has joined BLC as head of Diagnostic Services, working in the Technical Services Department, where he will be responsible for problem solving related to both the manufacture of leather and finished products. In addition Marc will provide support to the consulting team. Marc joined Pittards glove leather division in 2000, working in the research and innovations department, where he was involved in product support and worked on new products and technologies. During his time at Pittards, Marc studied at the British School of Leather Technology graduating with a first class degree in Materials Technology (Leather) in July 2005. Marc’s experience with Pittards provides him with an excellent background to perform this varied and vital role at BLC.
