After the conference in Bologna, national seminars will propagate its message in other member states including Greece, Spain, Sweden and Portugal. At these public events, tanners will meet with local consumers, students, business representatives, scientists, politicians and the media to explain the remarkable progress in the leather industry.
The one-day seminars are also being held in Athens, Barcelona, Göteborg and Lisbon. With the exception of Bologna, these also include tours of local tanneries.
