Equitan have always been conscious of the ever more demanding needs of leather processing. After long and careful research, the Equitan team have developed the new elastic antistatic belt for staking machines called Condutex Plus+. Condutex Plus+ is a staking machine elastic belt in a completely redesigned and upgraded fabric:
* the weave is new, softer and has a greater spring action thanks to the use of more elastomer
* however, it contains a much greater quantity of carbon because of the smaller dimension of the mesh and the carbon yarns have been doubled
The result is much better antistatic quality which, more importantly, lasts for a much longer time.
Condutex Plus+ is the latest arrival in the range of elastic belts for staking machines that Equitan produce and which meet all the needs of the clients. Equitan provide belts for a range of functions from wet-stretching (Microbelt) to belts for the staking of softer and more delicate leathers (Condutex Gold).
A new feature is also available from Equitan. As an extra option Omega stitching can, upon request, be carried out on the joints. Because of its geometric form, the Omega stitching has demonstrated greater resistance to the mechanical stress caused by the combination pin-holes.
