Otto Specht have unveiled a brand new pH-Meter called Vario that is available at an unbeatable price. It is a light, handy and robust Pocket-pH-Meter which fulfils all GLP (good laboratory practice) requirements.
Instead of keys, Vario has an innovative touch screen: all functions can be easily accessed and set using one hand. A light fingertip touch on the display is enough, and the Vario switches on itself. Placing the electrode in solution starts the measurement automatically.
The Vario comes with an intelligent glass electrode that is protected by a plastic casing as standard. The conical protective cap prevents the electrode from dripping and protects it from drying-out.
The adapter contained in the Vario set makes the instrument compatible with commercially available precision electrodes. A separate temperature sensor can also be connected. The Vario also works as a laboratory clock, with stopwatch and timer.
