In the first eleven months of 2008, the average price of goods sold by leather industry companies was 2.5% lower year-on-year.
The average gross monthly wage in Poland’s leather industry in 2008 was US$558, a year-on-year increase of 8.5%. In comparison, the average gross monthly industrial wage in Poland in 2008 was US$972, a year-on-year increase of 10.1%.
