PTA annual elections

The Pakistan Tanners Association (PTA) held their annual elections on September 30, 2010. Khurshid Alam of Leather Connections, Lahore has been elected as Central Chairman, unopposed while Fawwad Shafi of Ravi Agencies, Lahore and Aziz Ahmed of A M A Leather Industry, Karachi were elected as Vice Chairmen of the Central Executive Committee, PTA for the year 2010-2011.

The members of the Central Executive Committee of the PTA elected for the year 2010-2011 are as follows:

Asfundyar Farrukh, Hub Leather, Karachi; Azam Malik, Leathertex Gloving, Lahore; M Danish Khan, Highway’s Creation, Karachi; M. Khurshid Ahmed, Blooming Leather, Karachi; Muhammad Shafi, Mateen Brothers, Karachi; Muhammad Usman, Multan Impex, Multan; Naeem Akhtar, H Sadar Ali Akhtar Ali, Lahore; S Anjum Zafar, Eastern Leather, Lahore; Shahid Usman, EPCT, Lahore; Shakil Ahmed, Universal Leather, Karachi; Muhammad Naim, HMB Tanneries, Lahore; Saqib Saeed Masood, Khas Industries, Karachi; Usman Umer, S Mohammad Saeed Goreja & Co, Karachi and Gulzar Firoz (ex-officio member), Firoz, Karachi.
